WHY?

Everything you do is based upon your emotional state. With this being the case, having an internal MOT is a must. You take your car once a year to have a check up, how often do you take yourself?

We all go through life’s ups and downs. One of the great things about the brain is that it has a great back up system, the problem with this, is that many of us are living on the back up system. Thinking that we are okay and that this is life. Leading to great pain in the form of family dysfunction, difficulty in spousal relationships, mental and terminal illness.

It’s important to have a non-judgemental space to share your feelings and explore them, without anyone getting in the way…including you ;) Allowing you to be the best version of yourself.

WHAT?

Therapy sessions that use person-centred counselling and neuro-linguistic programming skills, to create a safe space.

HOW?

Due to covid-19 the therapeutic practice has been moved online, as a telehealth service. As society moves forward together, the practice shall reopen.

Video calls are delivered in the same format as traditional face to face therapy sessions.

Duration of the sessions are 45 minutes, facilitated once per week, whether you are in the world!
